Dr. Yogesh K Bhatt

Dr. Yogesh K Bhatt is the EVP and Business Head of StackRoute. He is responsible for driving NIIT’s IT business, with focus on Enterprises in India, as well as through deep skilling programs in new tech areas for individuals. Yogesh is an accomplished leader and a veteran in the space of corporate education and training. He has worked extensively in creating and delivering business solutions to transform talent across levels using an innovative mix of learning, development and assessment interventions.  Yogesh has many education and training product launches to his credit across IT, Data Science and Management Categories in both B2B and B2C.  He has 22 years of experience in Training, Education, Research & Consulting.

Prior to StackRoute, he was associated with Manipal Global Education as Vice-President, Education and Training, Manipal ProLearn and with Infosys as the Head of Education of Research. Under his leadership, Manipal ProLearn won the award “Best Corporate Training Program” in India Education Awards - 2019, Golden Peacock National Training Award – 2018, Outstanding Partner Award for Innovative Solution in IBM – 2016. He won the Great Manager Award in 2016 presented by People Business and Times of India in the category of “Individual Credibility”. 

Itish Arora

Itish leads the sales initiatives for StackRoute in North India and is also the delivery head for the ITeS vertical for NIIT. He is responsible for driving StackRoute business, which focuses on IT organizations that are looking at developing their new and existing talent. As a sales leader, he partners with the delivery teams at StackRoute and helps deliver customized IT solutions to the organizations. Itish brings with him a diverse experience of over 2 decades  across industries in service delivery, learning & development, sales, customer experience, change management and PMO at GE, HCL Technologies and Genpact. In his previous role in NIIT, he was the service delivery and P&L leader for the NIIT Institute of Process Excellence (JV between Genpact & NIIT)In his previous assignments, Itish has led large accounts in service delivery and led Learning & Development for global High Tech businesses for over 20 key accounts across locations in India. He has been the Change Management lead for High Tech COE at Genpact where he was certified to identify change opportunities, study and create value, sell the value and gather commitment from the stakeholders to accept and adopt the change. Itish is an MBA from University of Wolverhampton, UK and a Post Graduate in International Business management from Westford Business School. 

Virendra Rao

Virendra Rao (Viren) is the Key Account Head for StackRoute. He is responsible for driving StackRoute’ s customer engagement & fulfillment with a focus on providing deep skilling for large enterprises to help them through their Digital Transformation journey. Viren brings with him over 2 decades of experience across diverse industries including education management, IT solutions and HR consulting having extensive exposure to a gamut of areas including business strategy & development, product management including design & GTM, branding, alliance management and service delivery. 

In his previous assignment, Viren was with Eruditus Executive Education, Times Professional Learning, Simplilearn, Manipal Global Education & Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad. Viren has experience in setting up new businesses and scaling them up into sustainable & profitable operations in the Ed-Tech space with major focus in IT Services, BPM, Product & Engineering Services and Healthcare domain.

Vikas Anand

Vikas Anand is the leader for GCC Business Vertical in for Stackroute. He own Stackroute’s relationship with GCCs in India and is driver of end to end business management for this domain. His role involves building connects with thought leaders from GCCs in India via meetings, events and high tea sessions. A major part of his endeavour here is to establish Stackroute’s learning capabilities with GCCs and help them succeed in their journey towards Digital Transformation by acting as a learning partners.

With an industry experience of two decades, Vikas has a mind of a design thinker while addressing the learning needs of a GCC.

Rajendra Joshi

As DGM business development Rajendra’s role is to work towards Building and Managing Strategic Accounts for NIIT StackRoute. The role entails understanding customers problems and providing suitable learning solutions for the same. This could be custom learning solutions for employees across all level in the organisation, and could be pure skill based or competency based solutions.

Rajendra has 18 long years of distinguished career in leading Business Development operations for high growth organizations. He has thorough and exceptional understanding of the Business Development process, is respected for building deep relationships and expanding accounts. He has extensive experience in client needs analysis with a consultative approach to organizational capability development needs, is an expert in building consensus across multiple organizational levels and has led cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and sales.

In his previous assignments he has led the B2B business for Manipal Global Education’s ( now UNext Learning) IT/ITES Vertical. Prior to joining Manipal Global Education, he worked with PT Education, where he managed the Institutional Sales & Strategic Alliances business for south India.

Rajendra is an alumnus of Sardar Patel University – Vallabh Vidyanagar (Anand) and has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration.

Ramanujam Thirumalai

Ram heads Learning Solutions and Product Engineering at StackRoute. Ram has been part of StackRoute from inception and has over 30 years of IT industry experience. Ram is responsible for design and delivery outcome driven learning solutions to produce deep-skill full stack & tech professionals.

Prior to leading delivery at StackRoute, Ram led the global services and solutions for NIIT GIS Ltd. Ram spent over seven years at NIIT Technologies Inc., USA where he led product co-development for multiple products, large scale e-commerce services and cloud migration engagements. As Practice Head of Mobile Solutions at NIIT Technologies Ltd (India), Ram developed pervasive computing solutions for customers across Singapore, UK, Japan, USA and India.

Sachin Grover

Sachin Grover is the Head of Learning Solutions (Bootcamp and Deep Skilling programs) and Delivery at StackRoute - with 25 years of diverse experience, he has demonstrated a proven track record of driving business growth, technological innovation, and client success in Individual Learning and Corporate Learning.

As a strategic learning technology leader in the EdTech, he has spearheaded various transformative initiatives at NIIT and for his customers by architecting cutting-edge platforms incorporating proven learning sciences and methodologies. His forte lies in conceptualizing innovative solutions, including a cloud-based platform that revolutionised retail learning experiences and build futuristic point-of-views for skilling.

He excels in leveraging emerging technologies in the areas of application/ data/ platform engineering, and modern architectural patterns to deliver scalable, secure, and engaging learning solutions. He has led business transformation through strategic alliances, aligning learning strategies with outcomes, and cultivating a culture of technological excellence and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Ravi Sharma

Ravi Sharma heads the solutioning & delivery of learning solutions at StackRoute. As Strategic Solutions Architect, Ravi has over 22 years of experience in leading technology functional excellence, business transformation, spearheading multi-technology verticals and leading business strategy for technology transformation initiatives. Ravi is proficient in providing Full Stack Development Solutions, IT Infrastructure Management and Cloud Deployment, Project Management, Agile team and People Management. He is experienced in architecting, developing and providing large scale end-to-end solutions for clients in India, USA, UK, Canada, China, Singapore, UAE, Thailand & Bangladesh.

Dr. Vishnupriya Raghavan

Dr. Vishnupriya Raghavan is Vice President, Client Advisory & Transformation at StackRoute.  Dr. Vishnupriya is a corporate education, research, and consulting professional with a distinguished career in developing enterprises to support business-aligned talent capabilities. With over 22 years of rich experience, she has successfully led both B2B and B2C initiatives across various areas of IT and Management. Her expertise in research is evidenced by over 15 "A" journal publications in areas such as AI, Blockchain, User Experience, E-commerce, and Industry 4.0.

She has an extensive solutions portfolio to her credit that includes Architect Competence Development Programs, Project, Program and Delivery Excellence, Product Management, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Cybersecurity. She has a proven track record in establishing thought leadership and creating value for stakeholders through innovative solutions and strategic excellence. Prior to joining StackRoute, she held leadership roles at Manipal Global Education Services and the Institute of Product Leadership.

Gaurav Baidyasen

A seasoned analytics consultant and an experienced engagement manager with 12+ years of experience in data science & ML and category management across EdTech and retail domains. Managed the business P&L for data science, ML and technology products. Deployed AIML solutions for multiple organizations such as Wipro Technologies, Harman Connected Services, Manipal Global and Edureka. Conceptualise and leverage the data visualization tools to monitor, analyse and improve the category performance through machine learning programs.
