Itish Arora

Vice President & Strategic Sales, StackRoute

Itish leads the sales initiatives for StackRoute in North India and is also the delivery head for the ITeS vertical for NIIT. He is responsible for driving StackRoute business, which focuses on IT organizations that are looking at developing their new and existing talent. As a sales leader, he partners with the delivery teams at StackRoute and helps deliver customized IT solutions to the organizations. Itish brings with him a diverse experience of over 2 decades  across industries in service delivery, learning & development, sales, customer experience, change management and PMO at GE, HCL Technologies and Genpact. In his previous role in NIIT, he was the service delivery and P&L leader for the NIIT Institute of Process Excellence (JV between Genpact & NIIT)In his previous assignments, Itish has led large accounts in service delivery and led Learning & Development for global High Tech businesses for over 20 key accounts across locations in India. He has been the Change Management lead for High Tech COE at Genpact where he was certified to identify change opportunities, study and create value, sell the value and gather commitment from the stakeholders to accept and adopt the change. Itish is an MBA from University of Wolverhampton, UK and a Post Graduate in International Business management from Westford Business School.
